FAQ’S.

Do I need a consultation before booking a colour appointment?

Yes, all new colour clients must have a consultation and patch test at least 48 hours before their appointment. A £20 deposit is required, which is redeemable against your colour service. (This would be refunded if you were to decide not to go ahead).

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a loss of your deposit. 24 hours or less will be charged 50% of the service booked and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.

Do you offer discounts or loyalty schemes?

I have a referral program—if you recommend a friend, you both get 50% off a haircut!

Do you offer hair braiding services?

Yes! I will be offering festival braiding and kids’ party braiding packages—coming soon!

Are your prices increasing?

Yes, I have adjusted my pricing to reflect the value of my services, my continuous investment in advanced training, and the upgraded experience I now offer in the salon. This ensures I can continue providing the highest level of care, expertise, and luxury in a private, relaxed setting. I appreciate your support and understanding.

Do you use Olaplex or K18?

Yes! I use Olaplex in all lightening services to help protect the hair, and I also offer K18 repair treatments for deep restoration and long-term hair health.
