Thanks for visiting! These policies are in place to ensure that every client has a smooth and enjoyable experience. They help keep things running efficiently, so you can get the most out of your appointment.

🧪 Patch Tests & Consultations

All new colour clients will need to book a consultation and patch test at least 48 hours before their appointment. This is an important step to ensure your safety and give us time to chat through your goals, inspirations, and any questions. The consultation must be pre-booked and is a relaxed, in-depth conversation to help us plan the best colour journey for you.


✨Hair Colour Reminders

Please arrive with clean-ish hair—avoiding oils, masks, root sprays or heavy build-up, as these can affect how your colour takes.

Also a reminder that any big colour change will most likely result in a multiple session plan to get you to your desired hair goal. I will NEVER go against my professional opinion to push your hair beyond what it can handle.


👶 Guests & Children

To help keep the space calm, focused, and relaxing for everyone, I kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone—unless we’ve agreed otherwise ahead of time or your little one is booked in for a service too. This helps me give you my full attention and create a peaceful atmosphere for all clients.


💸 Price Adjustments

As I move from working at home into my new private salon space, there are naturally some changes—especially in running costs and the ever-increasing price of the high-quality products I use. I’ve thoughtfully updated my pricing to reflect these changes while still offering exceptional value for the service, care, and expertise you receive. Thank you so much for your ongoing support—it means the world, and I hope you’ll feel the difference in every detail.


💕 Existing Client Loyalty

To say thank you for your loyalty over the years, I’ll be honouring your current pricing for your very first appointment in the new salon (as long as it’s booked before June). After that, the updated salon pricing will apply to reflect the upgraded experience and services in the new space. I’m so grateful for your continued support—it’s truly appreciated.

💳 Booking & Deposits

To secure your appointment, a booking fee is required at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable, but if you give at least 48 hours’ notice, it can be transferred to another date.

Appointments without a deposit aren’t confirmed—thank you for understanding that this helps protect the time I’ve set aside just for you!


⏰ Cancellations & No-Shows

Life happens—I totally get it! If you need to cancel, please let me know with at least 48 hours’ notice so your fee can be moved to your new booking.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice mean your booking fee will be lost. No-shows or very last-minute cancellations may be asked to pay a new fee or even full payment before rebooking.


⏱ Running Late?

Please aim to arrive on time—or even 5 minutes early if you can! If you’re running late, drop me a quick message.

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your service and it could need to be rescheduled.


⏱ Business Hours

My business hours for calls and messages are Tues-Fri 9-7pm. I may only respond to work related messages during these hours. If you reach out to me or submit an appointment that needs confirming on a day/ time outside these hours, please wait for a response. Thank you for understanding.

I always strive to give you the best experience possible, and I truly appreciate your respect for my time, space, and services. Please note that I reserve the right to refuse any service if I believe it’s not in the best interest of your hair’s health, if anyone feels uncomfortable, or if any inappropriate behaviour occurs. My goal is to ensure every appointment is a safe, positive, and professional experience for everyone involved.

Many of our colour appointments are filmed or photographed for social media and portfolio purposes. If you’d prefer not to be on camera, please let me know before your appointment — your comfort and privacy are always respected.​


💄Fresh Hair Feeling Fab

If you’d like to add a little extra glam to your after pic, feel free to bring your go-to lipstick or touch up before we snap it. No pressure at all — just a bit of fun if you’re in the mood!
